The Digimax-130 marks the release of the latest model in the Konus astronomical range. It maintains a line of excellence begun with the popular Digimax-90 and continues it with larger aperture, a more substantial mount/tripod and the introduction of a completely new design feature; the unique and innovative Zenith Arm Release function. This allows observation and imaging of objects directly overhead with no worry that the base of the telescope tube will collide with the mount - a nuisance factor currently inherent in all other single arm GOTO telescopes.
